PrivacyClue LLC was founded in 2001 by Ray Everett-Church (bio).

In late 2001, PrivacyClue became affiliated with ePrivacy Group, a consulting firm based in Paoli, PA. Upon the spin-off and subsequent acquisition of an ePrivacy Group technology, several of ePrivacy Group's consultants became subject to a non-compete agreement. So, in mid-2004, Ray Everett-Church purchased the consulting business from ePrivacy Group to form ePrivacy Consulting in order to service those prior contractual relationships.

All new consulting business will be performed under the PrivacyClue banner.
